My name is Laura, and I take great pleasure in operating modernly furnished holiday apartments in Cologne – particularly in attractive locations, close to the trade fair, the airport, and the Lanxess Arena. My goal is to provide my guests with a pleasant and comfortable stay – just as if they were at home.

I live in Cologne, love this city, and am a sports enthusiast. I really enjoy being a host and welcoming people from all over the world.

How we started

The inspiration for the first vacation rental came in a rather unusual but charming way. My partner had bought a house, and in the house was an old office that had been empty for some time. One day, somewhat jokingly, I suggested that this office would be perfect for transforming into a little oasis of calm – a vacation rental. What began as a playful idea quickly took shape. We decided to give it a chance and set about renovating the office from the ground up and transforming it into a cozy vacation rental. With great attention to detail, we created a place that now serves as a retreat for guests. This first vacation rental marked the beginning of my passion for renting and designing vacation homes. It reflects my vision of offering guests not just accommodation, but a true home.
