We would like to introduce ourselves more closely. The inspiration for our first vacation rental came about in an unusual but charming manner. My partner had purchased a house, and within this house was an old office that had been vacant for some time. Somewhat jokingly, one day I suggested that this office could be perfectly transformed into a small oasis of calm—a vacation apartment. What began as a playful idea quickly took shape. We decided to give it a chance and set about renovating the office from the ground up, turning it into a cozy vacation rental. With great attention to detail, we have created a place that now serves as a retreat for our guests. Located near the Rhine, this apartment offers not only appealing decor and high-quality amenities but also an ideal location to enjoy the surrounding nature and culture of Cologne. This first apartment marked the beginning of my passion for renting and designing vacation homes. It reflects my vision of providing guests with not just accommodation but a true home away from home. With fresh linens and towels of hotel quality, selected coffee capsules and tea varieties, as well as high-quality shampoo bottles, I want you to feel completely comfortable and cared for in each of my apartments.
